Nothing worth having comes easy.
The power of having a positive attitude! We all need a reminder to be grateful and focus on the idea that we CAN use our bodies to exercise, not we ‘have too.’ Please save all your complaining for someone else. Remember who you are doing this for —— YOU!!
A complaining attitude does nothing but suck the energy out of everyone around you.
Please do not complain because everyone is eating pizza and you are eating salad. (Really?) Remember, who you are doing this for?
Please do not complain about the ache in your knees, your back or your head (again, REALLY?). Remember, who are you doing this for?
Please do not complain about your job, or your lack of time. Everyone is busy. Remember, who are you doing this for?
Honestly, whining is a personal pet peeve of mine. It is a waste of breath, because we can all think of those who have things a lot worse than we do. Make up your mind and do not complain about the workouts, or meal planning or the meal prep. All of these things are tools to help you get to a better place physically, mentally and emotionally. Do not let the negative energy consume your outlook and poison your outcome.
