Does it ever get easier? 
The simple answer is no. There are very few times when working out sounds better than laying on the couch. Or when a run sounds better than sleeping in or a salad bar sounds better than a cheeseburger.  
The reality is this whole ‘exercise thing’ is a choice we have to make every single day.  Our bodies were made to move, but does that make it easy? Of course not. Your movement starts with your state of mind.
You remember this from school… an object at rest tends to stay at rest, while an object in motion tends to stay in motion. It’s Newton’s First Law. If you relate this to fitness, it simply mean the more you exercise, the more your body wants to exercise. The physical changes alone can help to keep the momentum of movement.  If you get your mind focused & your habits built, while it might not be EASY, it will be EASIER.
