We have a variety of Personal Trainers that are extremely knowledgeable in numerous aspects of fitness and health. Whether you are wanting to lose body fat, gain muscle mass, or simply move your body, our trainers can help you!

We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes that come free with memberships! We have classes for all levels of experience. Our instructors make everyone feel like they belong and go above and beyond to provide you with amazing workouts weekly!

Wilkinson Precision Performance(WPP) by Lara Luttrell Wilkinson
Services include:

 Stretch Lounge:

  • The concentration on major muscle groups will be tailored to individual needs and goals. Lara's focus is to help alleviate muscle tightness and soreness for injury prevention. 

 IASTM

  • This method is a form manual therapy that is used with a tool to address soft tissue restrictions that may contribute to pain, limited range of motion and muscle function. 

Myofascial Cupping

  • Treats muscle pain, inflammation, soreness, and promotes blood flow and improves muscle recovery.

Normatec Boots

  • A restrictive boot that applies compression to aid overall muscle recovery and helps reduce muscle soreness, improve circulation, and help alleviate pain and swelling in lower extremities.
