⁣ Happy #transformationtuesday! ⁣ ⁣ 3 years ago and now. I’m amazed at how much I’ve changed and how far I’ve come not just by losing weight but my overall confidence in myself. I would have never imagined I would be working out in a gym and running as far as I have been. I would get out of breath walking to my car. It’s not been easy but motivation and determination is what got me going. You’re not going to achieve what you want by sitting on your butt. You have to want it and work for it.
