Doing the same workout day in, day out, week in, week out, month after month gets OLD. You will inevitably lose motivation and drive, definitely hitting plateaus. ⁣

If you always bench, change it up and focus on overhead press, if you always squat, add front squats & walking lunges. ⁣

Try this alternating front lunge/squat combo / burpee ladder. ⁣

10 each walking lunges with squat/ 1 burpee, then 9 each lunges, squat /2 burpees, 8 lunges, squat / 3 burpees...and so on down to 1 lunge, squat combo / 10 burpees! 🍑⁣

Oh yeah... Here is with a 35lb slam ball. 😳⁣
