Get the results you want by getting the personalized attention of a dedicated trainer. Our trainers are certified, insured, and instructed on how to make your work-out sanitary and safe.
**Personal training does not come free with memberships. If you are wanting a trainer, you will have to pay the trainer directly according to what their personal costs are.

Lara Luttrell - Wilkinson
Lara is a graduate of Wilmington College with a bachelor’s degree in Wellness & Sports Management. Lara’s passion is to educate, motivate, and encourage others. Her background as a physical therapist technician has enabled her to make that important, trusting and personal relationship with clients. She is now following her dreams as a Personal Trainer and life coach. Her focus is to educate individuals and motivate them to achieve their goals, improving their health and attaining a total sense of well-being.

Sarah Sodini
Sarah has been a teacher in the classroom for 12 years, and a volleyball coach on the court! Also, a wife of 15 years and a proud mom of four.
After years of struggling with weight, difficult pregnancies, and hormone challenges, Sarah made the decision in 2023 to take control of her health—and never looked back. Through strength training, she lost 70 pounds, regained energy, and discovered a true passion for fitness.
Now she is thrilled to help others find that same strength and confidence in themselves. Sarah works with beginners, athletes, and everyone in between. Training with Sarah will leave you feeling empowered during this life-changing journey!

Bobby Story
Bobby is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is an OHSAA football and basketball Official, and a former baseball coach. He has a passion for helping people improve their long term outlook on life and the role that fitness and nutrition can play in that journey. Working with young athletes to unlock their Athletic potential is his favorite part of the job. He love’s the scientific aspects of training and he is always striving to use the most efficient and optimal exercises and methods to deliver the best results, as well as recovery! When he’s not on the field, court, or in the weight room, he enjoys spending time with family!
