CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
SPIN/CYCLE EXPRESS
An intense 30-minute cycling class is perfect to increase your metabolism and burn stress from the day!
CROSS-TRAINING & CORE
This class uses all the equipment for full body muscle building and toning. Along with some FAT blasting cardio, this combination will leave your body wanting more!
GROUP CYCLING
Get ready for a fun and fast paced cycling workout. Utilize the energy and intensity of those around you during this workout to push you to your limits and end the day feeling accomplished.
RISE & RIDE
A 45-minute high-energy ride designed to jumpstart your day. Push through sprints, climbs and endurance intervals as you build strength, boost stamina, and elevate your mood. Show up ready to sweat, challenge yourself, and leave feeling unstoppable.
SPIN & STRETCH
This class will consist of 25 minutes of cardio exercise on a stationary bike, ending with 20 minutes of deep stretching and yoga like movements enhancing your flexibility.
PILATES & MOTION**
A Barre inspired class that combines 30 minutes of Pilates and Strength Training practices to challenge the body while utilizing forms of yoga and ballet for focus of mobility and flexibility. Followed by 30 minutes of full body mobility focused work. A true full body workout with a target on small muscle groups and restoring the body. **Currently on pause. **
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
This class incorporates both strength and cardio segments using dumbbells, body bars and bands for a total body (you will feel it the next day) workout! You will improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength, and agility as well as increase your energy level!
